ANOTHER MEMORABLE MILLION!
December 22nd, 2009

TaylorMade was once again the practice range supplier at the Nedbank Golf Challenge this year, with the illustrious field able to warm up and tune up their games with TaylorMade’s specially marked 30th Anniversary number “79” TP Black golf balls.

There were two TaylorMade adidas Golf staff professionals in the field this year in Retief Goosen and Richard Sterne, with Tim Clark who is clothed by adidas Golf also there. Unsurprisingly, TaylorMade again led the driver count with five golfers of the 12 choosing to trust TaylorMade drivers to hit it long and straight!

There was plenty of action for the fans around the practice area, especially on the final day when South Africa’s legendary Grand Slam golfer Gary Player signed a couple of dozen TP balls from the first tee and then tossed them (gently!) into the crowd. On each day, one lucky young fan was picked from the crowd and allowed inside the ropes of the practice area to get to see his heroes practising close-up, leaving with more than a few memories and a couple of autographs to boot.
